We Work With — and For — You

When we take on your project, you’re assured of our full attention. You don’t need to go through layers of account managers and supervisors. You’re talking to the principals who manage and design your projects.

Your goals are our goals. We’ll make suggestions, but you’re the boss. That being said, if we notice something that’s not quite right, we’ll let you know about it. In other words, we’ve got your back on every project.

Unless you order one of our packages, which are fixed price,  we price your project based on the number of hours required to produce it. We also factor in expected expenses, such as illustrations or photography. We have no minimum billing, so you’re only charged for the time your project requires.

We’ll discuss your project in detail and provide a detailed quote before we start work. Our quotes are accurate, but if something changes because of requested add-ons, you’re the first to know. Most of our long-term clients don’t even ask for estimates, as they’ve learned to trust our honesty and fairness.

We invoice established companies. Our terms are simple: payment is due within 30 calendar days of the invoice date. New clients, and some types of projects, may require deposits and progress payments at various points in the schedule. We’ll discuss those term with you during our estimate presentation, so there are no surprises.

We don’t finance printing or mailing; you’ll need to establish credit accounts of your own with those suppliers, or provide a check when appropriate. Accordingly, we also do not mark up such expenses.

We can work with almost any budget. Just let us know.

Standard Pricing for Standard Projects

Many projects are standards, “golden oldies,” as it were. Things such as single-sheet flyers, brochures, posters or postcards. To help make your decision process easier, we’ve established standard prices for these types of projects. So, we can find the project that fits your budget and get started.

Our Workflow Is Simple

Once you’ve signed off on a project, we’ll prepare memos detailing our creative thoughts and production plan for your approval and feedback. Then we’ll start the project.

We will always send you a a draft Word document of copy for approval or revisions, and a PDF proof of the design of your project before we print or code for on-line publication. After any revision you have to design or production,  you’ll always seeing the latest version and approve the next step.

Once the final proof is approved by you, we prep the files for the web or print production, making certain the digital specs required are incorporated. We’ve worked with nearly all the major sheet-fed and offset printers in the country, and many of the major web hosting companies. We can interpret specifications and meet the particular requirements of any supplier, saving you time and money.

We’re quite fast in turning around work. Let us know your schedule, and we’ll meet it!
